This month's technical class will be by our own resident shop expert Paul Keogler. Sharp tools are essential in all our work for both safety and efficiency. Paul will discuss sharpening techniques for chisels, plane blades, plane caps, felt knives, scissors, general knives, screwdrivers, awls, and other blades. His presentation will discuss sharpening stones and grinding, as well as low budget ways of sharpening. Theory and practical application will be covered.

The Executive Committee will meet prior to the general meeting at 5 p.m. at the Carle Place Diner, on the northeast corner of Old Country Road and Glen Cove Road.
