The October 9, 2018 meeting of the Nassau Chapter of PTG was held at Frank and Camille's.

Mike Slavin called the meeting to order at 7:00.

Kent Webb from Steinway presented the technical on damper regulation. "Dampers will tell you what they need." In other words, the damper problem is easy to find, but sometimes hard to fix. Kent next discussed how grand dampers work. "Good trouble shooting starts from the beginning." As Kent lectured, he gave us hints on installation. Lining up the damper wire is most important. Kent finished up with questions and answers. Kent had a video presentation and you had to be there to take in the demo and expertise of Kent Webb.
