This month's technical will be presented by Gerry Gravina, RPT, owner of Piano Master LLC. Gerry is a 30 year veteran in piano service. Based in Babylon, the company, a team of five and growing, has clients from Manhattan to Montauk. The clients include private piano owners and institutions, as well as theaters and concert venues. Jerry grew up in the Suffolk Chapter of the PTG and served as vice president and president, and is currently president of the NYC Chapter.

Gerry will discuss “INSPECTIONS, ESTIMATES AND APPRAISALS – FROM QUICK EVALUATIONS TO FULL APPRAISALS” presented by Jerry Gravina. He will take us step by step through the inspection process, the appraisal, and IRS Form 8283, with lots of hand-outs including an evaluation checklist, an appraisal form, a depreciation table, a task/time spreadsheet, and more.

The Executive Committee will meet prior to the general meeting at 5 p.m. at the Carle Place Diner, on the northeast corner of Old Country Road and Glen Cove Road.

Our December meeting will be our annual Holiday Party, to be held on the first Tuesday of the month, December 2, 2014 at 7:00 PM at:
