Alex Kostakis is going to show us his new place and he also will discuss regulating tips. Coffee and cake will be served.

At 6 p.m. we will be meeting for dinner at the Seven Seas Diner located at: 607 Northern Blvd. (Corner of Lakeville Rd and Northern Blvd) Great Neck, NY 11021 The diner is very close to Alex's place.

We have some important matters to discuss at this meeting and at dinner. John Luca stepped up and arranged this meeting, but since Mike Slavin's retirement we have no formal mechanism to to arrange for locations and speakers for the monthly meetings. Chapter officers must be nominated and elected. Paul Keogler and Rich Liptzin have expressed some detailed ideas about the future directions of the Nassau chapter. And some of the newer members must get involved.

I think this all points out the value and importance of the work that Mike Slavin did for the chapter all these years.
