My deepest sympathy goes out to the families and friends of the victims of the World Trade Center tragedies. Over the last few weeks, we have watched an amazing change in people; how they think, act, and prioritize their lives and loved ones. We also watched not only our country, but the whole world, come together.

I believe we will rout out at least most terrorism throughout the world in the next few years. This is something that would have been impossible until now. We can do it because we are determined and united. These are the two main ingredients that go into a strong organization, family, or business.

It is very difficult to take anything positive from these events, but maybe we can learn something from them.
