For the technical portion, Paul Koegler will continue last month's presentation. The Executive Committee will meet at 5 p.m. at Dancing Ivories, and proceed from there to dinner at a local restaurant. Directions and maps are on page 3.

There are many times when we complete a service call that we do not receive our payment immediately, but must leave an invoice and await our check. I always keep a few of my business envelopes with me in my briefcase, pre-addressed to my office. I find that by leaving an addressed envelope along with the statement, customers tend to respond much more quickly in paying their bills.
