There will be no March meeting. We will resume in April.

The guild meeting was held at Dancing Ivories, Paul Keogler"s piano shop. Four members were present.

John Luca gave a technical about the Pitch Lock String Coupler device. He shared with us how to install the clips on strings and how it will help with sizzling and false beat strings. He also told us about the Crown Voicing Kit from the PitchLock Co. It's used to soften loud hammers.

We also took a look at John's tool backpack. A very neat and over the shoulder tool kit. Ace tool in Wantagh carries these special back packs.

Paul is in the process of rebuilding some pianos and showed us what he's working on. If you have never seen Paul's Dancing Ivories shop, next time the meeting is there, you should go.
